Every year, the partners of the Conrad Group review industries and companies that they believe warrant investments of capital and management resources. If a company is selected by our management committee, we will work with the management of that company to identify and quantify their strategic, managerial and capital requirements. The Conrad Group, independently or in conjunction with other private equity partners, will then take an equity stake in the selected company. Key attributes/requirements include:
- Primary operations of the company must be in an emerging geography
- The company must have a proven management team
- The company must be in a high growth/high value industry
- The company must have revenues of $3 million or more
